Read moreRemote and absolutely stunning! If you drive from Guwahati/Nagaon, take the left from Dokmoka. The 20 km drive through the village will take an hour to reach the picnic spot as the road is under construction. The area is out of any mobile network coverage but we find the guidance from villagers very helpful. You will have to pay an entey fee of 150 rs for your car, an additional 20 rs per person and another 40 rs for parking, which is exorbitant. The waterfall is about 200 meters from the parking ground. It's an easy hike.Closing time is around 4:30 pm and they will not let you go near the waterfall after that. Swimming and bathing is not allowed. Read moreOne of the most best waterfall in India. The place is amazing and the scenic beauty is mind-boggling. It takes around 3 hrs to reach the waterfall. Most of the road is in good condition but around 25 kms is kaccha road and it consumes some time during the whole journey. So it's better to start early if you are going from Guwahati or nearby areas. The people are very welcoming and helps to find the find the ways if get lost.
