Situated on the border of West Karbi Anglong & NC Hills, hilly districts of Assam, this place offers a perfect spot for all sorts of camping, picnic, excursions, kayaking, river boating, swimming, and all other fun. The water is crystal clear and serene, I loved this place. Best time to go : Anyday except its too rainy (roads are not good) Activities to do : > Swimming > River boating > Kayaking > Camping > Barbeque > Many other fun🙂 Activities Not to Do : > Don't go near the cliffs, you can see the red flag warning > Don't swim in the deep water and avoid getting too close to the waterfalls > Don't litter the place with all the cans and plastics or leftover food > Mind your own business and enjoy the beautiful view 😉 Although a very attractive place for tourists. A good place where you can spend your entire day with your family or friends. Nice natural view. The waterfall is very beautiful. Overall, nice Place to visit but Road to reach here in extremely bad condition. Maintenance is not proper . The road is not good. Basic amenities not sufficient. IMPORTANT NOTE : > For any emergency help, call the nearby guards > Don't engage in fights with the locals 😄 Wish you a good and safe Journey ❤️

Refreshing Roaring Water, This place is one of the unknown place with a huge tourism potential, Pls take care of ur smartphone especially iPhone owners, as water suddenly turns violent and u will have to bid good bye to ur love as happen to my journey-mate. Also take care of water level, waterfall remains beautiful throughout the year but rainfall increase the volume of water flowing through, so always be watchful if weather is turning bad, Ferry service are available after 10 am, Before that this place place is very silent except the roar of the water, I urge to the visitors, tourist and local- please don't pollute the place and educate your childrens prohibiting them throwing plastic bottle and wrappers into the water. As the footfall of tourist is rising, the place is getting dirtier every passing day. A request to Government of Assam please heavily penalize tourist and locals being found polluting the place because idiots don't understand word of caution. I hope the place is more beautiful when I visit along with my family

Nestled in the heart of Assam’s Dima Hasao district, Panimur Waterfall is one of the most enchanting natural attractions of the region. Almost 5 hours drive from Guwahati, this waterfall has been formed by the Kopili River cascading down rocky terrains. The waterfall creates a mesmerizing spectacle of gushing white waters against the backdrop of lush greenery and rolling hills. Its thunderous yet soothing sound adds to the charm, making it a perfect getaway for nature lovers, photographers, and travelers seeking tranquility. Often referred to as the 'Niagara of Assam', Panimur attracts tourists from across the state and beyond, especially during winter and spring when the flow is moderate and the surrounding landscape is vibrant. You can enjoy the stunning boat ride during this period only, while in the monsoon, the waterfall transforms into a powerful torrent, offering a dramatic view though requiring caution for visitors.
