Poorly managed lake by Bangalore Civic authorities. Stinks badly cos public throwing garbage n stray dogs n raptors hovering around. Bangalore Civic authorities r destroying a fragile ecosystem. Nearby factories dumping there sewerage in it. Local species of flora n fauna r getting destroyed. Must act conservative...
