राजधानी का नंदन वन जैसा देखा

रायपुर के नंदन वन देखने की ख्वाहिश बहुत लोगों को यहां तक खींच लाती है। इसकी एक वजह यह है कि वन्य जीवों के प्रति व्यवहार और उनके प्रति दर्शाए जाने वाले प्यार को हम देख सकते हैं। खुद भी जता सकते हैं और कुछ सीख भी सकते हैं। अनुभव भी मिलते हैं। साथ ही सरकारी सिस्टम की एक ऐसी झलक मिलती है, जो उनकी कथनी और करनी के फर्क को बखूबी अलग करती है। इन्हीं सब बातों को लेकर जब पर्यटक तेजी से विकास के पथ पर बढ़ते छत्तीसगढ़ की राजधानी के नंदनवन को देखते हैं तो उन्हें उम्मीद से बहुत कम चीजें नजर आती हंै। पर्यटन का दिन १९ जून का है। नंदन वन के टिकट काउंटर से बात शुरू करें। यहां टिकट लेन के लिए जगह बेहद कम है और अधिक पर्यटक पहुंचते हैं तो उन्हें सिवाय धूप में खड़े होने के अलावा दूसरा कोई विकल्प नहीं है। अंदर कदम रखते हुए टिकट चेकिंग की रस्मअदायगी और फिर यही चंद कदम बाद बैग की जांच। जांच इसलिए कि कहीं आप बैग में प्लास्टिक की थैली या ऐसी कुछ और चीजें तो नहीं ले जा रहे हैं, जिससे वन्यजीवों और पर्यावरण को नुकसान पहुंचे। सच में कई पर्यटक ऐसे सामान लाते भी हैं और ऐसे में नंदन वन की यह चिंता बेहद जायज है और एक सराहनीय प्रयास भी। अब अंदर के हालात पर गौर करें तो पाएंगे कि यहां के व्यवस्था बनाने वाले ही व्यवस्था बिगाडऩे में व्यस्त हैं, उनकी व्यस्तता का आलम यह है कि वे वन्यजीवों के लिए जरूरी छांव के लिए पैरे और पीने के लिए पानी तक का इंतजाम नहीं कर रहे हैं। भालू के बाड़े मेें बनायी छांव की व्यवस्था तो ऐसी है कि प्रबंधन पैरे की व्यवस्था तक ठीक से नहीं कर पाया है जबकि किसान इस पैरे को खेतों में जला रहे हैं। कोटरी के लिए बनाए गए बाड़े का भी कुछ ऐसा ही हाल है, जहां ४४ पार डिग्री में धूप से बचाव के लिए जरूरी इंतजाम नहीं हैं। पर्यटक बाड़े के बाहर खड़े होकर दु:खी मन कहते हैं कि वे तो खुश वन्यजीवों को देखने आए थे पर यहां तो उनके चेहरे पर उदासी और बेबसी है। पूरे परिसर में वन अमले का एक भी स्टाफ नहीं मिला जो पर्यटकों के सवाल या फिर कुछ जिज्ञासाओं को शांत कर सके। यह तो सिर्फ बानगी भर है,यहां के एक-एक वन्य जीव की स्थिति वैसी नहीं है,जैसे मानक हैंं और उन्हें रखने के लिए पालन करने के लिए सेंट्रल जूॅ अथॉरिटी के दिशा-निर्देश हैं। यह दिशा-निर्देश आपको नंदन वन में नहीं दिखाई पड़ेंगे, हां पर्यटकों के लिए जरूर आचार संहिता जगह-जगह लगी मिलेगी। इन पर्यटकों के लिए पेयजल तक की व्यवस्था भी प्रबंधन नहीं कर पाया है। पर्यटकों के बैठने के लिए लगायी गयी कुर्सियां व फ्लोर पर लंबे समय से सफाई न होने से गंदगी फैली हुई है और इसी गंदगी में पर्यटक नंदन वन का आनंद लें या फिर इसे फ ौरी तौर पर टाल दें। एक बात पार्किंग को लेकर भी है। इस पार्किंग व्यवस्था का संचालन ग्राम पंचायत की देखरेख में चलाया जाता है। नंदनकानन के सामने की इसकी व्यवस्था की गयी है। बाइक के लिए १० रुपए तय हैं लेकिन धूप और बारिश से बचने के लिए कोई इंतजाम नहीं है। पर्ची काटने के लिए यहां नाबालिग किशोर को रखा गया है,उसे शायद पैसे की जरूरत है और ठेकेदार उसकी मदद से अपनी जेबें भर रहा है, संभव हो कि अफसर भी गांवों का मुआयना करने जाते हों पर उस किशोर पर नजर नहीं पड़ी होगी फिर यह मान लेना चाहिए ग्रामीण अंचल में अभी भी किशोर नाबालिग की परिभाषा को नहीं जानते हैं,क्योंकि इनमें कई ऐसे भी हैं, जिनकी दिन भर की हाड़तोड़ मेहनत के बाद घर में चूल्हा जलता है। इन सबके बावजूद यहां की व्यवस्था संभालने वाले उन कर्मियों की सराहना की जानी चाहिए कि वे बेहतर व्यवस्था देने की कोशिश लगे रहते हैं। अफसर भी व्यस्तता के बावजूद जैसे भी यहां की व्यवस्था बनाने के लिए समय निकाल ही लेते हैं। नंदन वन के अंदर की बातें और भी हैं लेकिन ज्यादा मतलब इसलिए नहीं है,क्योंकि यह सब चीजें व्यवस्था के एक अंग के रूप में जगह बना चुकी हैं और इनमें बदलाव की उम्मीद करना संभव नहीं है फिर ऐसे हालात देख कर कुछ कहना भी जरूरी हो जाता है।...

This is one of the best zoo and jungle safari that I have ever been to and I have also visited multiple zoo and jungle safari across India. Once upon a time the entire place was a barren land it was the Government of Chhattisgarh that slowly have transformed it into a Jungle and then the wild animals which were rescued where slowly kept here for breeding and caring purposes.

As the animals grew larger in number as they were bred and cared properly taken care of thus government have decided to start a jungle safari along with running a full fledged zoo. And the idea was historic. Currently we have this beautiful zoo with jungle safari is only because of the great vision the government has.

This place is so beautiful, that it's hard to describe and that's not only the zoo or the jungle safari but also the beautiful Lake boat ride that true that deserves of 5...
