Goraghat point has been closed due to ongoing construction of the skywalk walkway. The location has been earmarked as tower no 2 for the skywalk.. No one is allowed to go inside as construction work is on.
The site has been neglected as this has not been in use for the last few months.
I took permission and visited the place. The skywalk towers looks monstrous and would take you to good height. At this place one can also see another skywalk tower no 1,( located at balancing stone). The walkway would connect both towers with glass . Both towers are at a good distance of 300-400 meters and height is not less than 40-50 metres.
So basically people will walk on glass with breathtaking views of deep valley at a height of about 50 metres above ground. It would indeed be scary and adventurous. Offcourse ticket prices would be high.
Anyway we all wait till the constitution work is over and skywalk project is commissioned. This would add major attraction to this...
