Read moreThe place has its own culture and ways. Please do not get anguished if someone calls you uncle or aunty especially people older than you. Its a formal way of addressing here.Neat and clean. Well managed. Lots of well behaved dedicated volunteers.
Coming here : The approach road from Delhi is very congested. Temple opens at 5pm reach before, especially if ur coming on Mondays or festive days.
Parking : There is a big parking in front of Temple but it gets filled very fast plus staff and VIPs. Rest cars are diverted to a parking nearby from where you will be ferried to Temple by Shuttle Cars and buses. The remote parking has Toilet facility. Temple Entry : U r directed to an approach line which leads to place where - a. Footwear and belongings may be deposited free of cost. Pls keep ur token safely.
b. Proceed to take Jal parashad. Remember to finish the prasad completly.
c. Washrooms are available here also.
d. Phones are allowed, but advisable not to talk and click pictures.
Once u come out of this place proceed to Temple entry line. Here comes BIG PROBLEM. The lines of Uncle and Aunties is separated here. Once you get separated here on a rush day there is no way you can meet ur family thereafter till u come out.
I request temple management to look into this issue as it causes huge incovenience especially if ur with Children or Old age members. It mars the entire experience.Although the Volunteers are very helpful.
Inside Temple : The entry leads to main Temple where you are made to sit outside main temple for some waiting time. You can feel the aura and Guruji's divine presence all around. After waiting period there are 2 choices , either you can do a quick darshan and proceed for langar prasad. Or u can wait fr some time more and proceed for Sangat inside Temple which is sitting in penance for about 10min. I personally felt very good.
Langar Prasad : Prasad is for everyone and has to be finished to last grain. Nothing to be left out. On big rush day u get a packaged prasad which u can have later. It must not be reheated. On other days you get seated in pack of 4 and share prasad together no matter what caste creed or sex you belong to. U may most often have to take prasad with a stranger as you get separated from family during entry. This is huge incivenience actually. No water is given while you are having prasad. Its given later.
After taking prasad you can peacefully collect your water prasad and move ahead towards exit which takes you to same place where you left ur footwears.U may collect ur footwears and depart to parking through same shuttles. Don't forget to Thanks Guruji ( Shukrana) for the worderful experience.
I just found few issues which Temple management may kindly consider -
The rules for devotees are sometimes not followed by Volunteer staff sometimes.I am just putting it softly bcz it otherwise is the best managed temple in North India. Discipline is the key to achieve a smooth day to day functioning.
At the exit after langar prasad there is limited guidance for collection of footwear. I saw lot of people moving to parking unknowingly and then coming back for shoes.
Separate lines for Uncle and Aunties doenot have any meaning as the entire lot get mixed inside. U r not allowed to stand and wait fr them. I got separated from my Mom , she couldn't find me for good 30min and had panic attack due rush. Luckily I came back arguing several volunteers to find her gasping for breath.
A better way is to have a single line. All family remains together, at security separare lines and then again rejoin after security frisk.
I found most well behaved volunteers here. Just a very few of them I found were having unnecessary arguments with Elderly which was not needed. Understood maintain discipline is difficult with a big devotee strength but everything can be managed peacefully.
This was my humble submission to Temple management which otherwise is doing so well. Great !
Hope people whoc are going for first time are guidedd well feom this article..

ME AND MY FAMILY FEARED THEY WOULD HIT US BECAUSE THEY WERE THREATENING US
I would not recommend going here ever unless you have connections or are a vip. my family and I were hospitalised because they don’t let you take your car and drop you till the mandir we are under red warning issued by the government because of this heatweave and these people are doing this? The satsung that works there are the worst people in this entire world they ONLY let certain people take their cars/ cabs inside who have connections to the people working inside but when I asked that I can’t walk and have health issues they refused to let me be dropped in front of the mandir In this terrible burning heat they made me and my family walk for so long, WHILE WE SAW THEY LET OTHER PEOPLE TAKE THEIR CABS AND CARS INSIDE. My father and I got a heatstroke and were hospitalised like it is that serious someone should looo into this bcause it’s inhumane to make people walk in this heatwave because later after Darshan when I asked for the car to come til the tent/ electric poll volunteer didn’t let my car pick me up but I saw others get picked and dropped I couldn’t stop crying, I have severe asthma and my parents looked like they will faint. I would not recommend going there unless you want to be hospitalised thanks to satsung people
Next the satsung is so rude, in this heat I asked for water for my mother, this volunteer was eating and he had boxes of water next to him but he refused to give me water. Which humanity allows this? Aren’t we suppose to give someone water to drink? Also they don’t let you now sit inside and eat, they give you the food in your hand and ask you to continue walking and leave. Inside you can’t even look at Guruji’s photos even for a second. Guruji had said that devotees should sit and eat they don’t allow you to do that.
After visiting the mandir and collecting my shoes When I was trying to switch on my phone, I was standing NEXT to the cooler not in front of it but a satsung person shouted at my mother and asked us to go away from there and then made her relatives stand IN FRONT OF THE COOLER. Then We were standing somewhere else in the shade and then some other satsung person shouted at us to stand outside in the sun instead of the shade we were in no one’s way, the satsung lady screamed at me and said “Guru ji will never help you” satsung now curses people and speaks on behalf of Guruji How this satsung speak like this? Guruji is watching and knows how cruel you people are, in his name these people are ill treating and making devotees cry, I felt like nothing only because I don’t have connections to the inside satsung people My parents kept crying on badly we were humiliated, this how these people treat people so badly and humiliating and insulting. I would not recommend going ever unless you have connections or are a vip. Guruji I wish you bring justice because I have never seen this happen anywhere else. The worst...
