Just Chill Water Park — Attraction in Delhi

I guess it was my worst experience so far with any water Park. We were three friends visited Just Chill water park on June 5th, 2016. First its almost 7 Kms far from Splash. But thats okay since it doesnt take more than 3 mins to reach there from Splash. Upon reaching, we parked our cars in open land under so much heat. Again not a big deal. It costs 30 Rs. The moment we entered we asked for tickets, someone told us to first get a slip. We took slip and then finally reached to billing counter. he didnt have credit card machine. had to pay everything in cash 800 Rs/person. After geting inside, again we had to stand in two queues First to take PARCHI and then again to billing counter. Again frustrating. we had already wasted our 20-25 mins there. sOMEHOW WE TOOK KEY FOR ONE LOCKEER. (80/PER LOCKER). We were finally stopped at main entry point. Reason being OUTSIDER CLOTHES NOT ALLOWED. We were shocked to hear that. They said u have to take our clothes on rent (100 rs/person) and only then they can allow us. we requested them alot but the guys sitting there were JATs of haryana. SIR JI KUCH BHI KAR LO..ENTRY NAHI DUNGA..we showed our synthetic clothes to them that these clothes are only for water swimming but he refused. we purchased those clothes for this purpose only. Upon asking who the manager is they asked us to go back to another counter and ask for Harpreet mam. When we went up[to her she said whey have we come to her. She had nothing to do with this. Again we went back to JAT boys and requested but they clearly refused. We said we want to return tickets but they said money wont be given back since u have already entered promises. One lady with her husband and child were also fighting with them over clothes. But they were not listening to anyone. Finally we went back to counter and stood up in tow queues and got our swimming costumes. We entered. Cafeteria looks good. spacious. we were dissapointed again by checking the level of water. It wasn't more than 3 feet in majority of pools. It was upto 4 or 4.5 feet in a pool where lots of people were already filled. Water was warm. Didndt feel like spending much time there. NOT SUITABLE FOR ADULTS since there rides are too tiny just for kids. They dont even provide mats while slipping on rides to avoid rashes on body. Worst water park... Visited Just Chill Water Park on 20-06-2016 and had a really bad experience. As the no. of customers has increased, Just Chill has deteriorated terribly. Even though the parking was empty, no vehicle was being allowed inside at that time. Everyone had to park their vehicles outside @Rs. 30. This is an unfair practice as a road is a public property and they don't have any right to charge any parking fee there. Next, when we reached inside, nothing was going on systematically, let alone crowd management. At the ticket counter, only bands were being given; NO RECEIPT was being given to anybody. Then, the changing rooms, which were STINKING like municipality urinals, and had CURTAINS INSTEAD OF DOORS, added to the disappointment. Despite the fact that I was wearing synthetic clothes which were a lot better than the costumes they give on rent, I was denied entry into the pools. They said that the lower that I wore was fine, but my Reebok T-shirt (which was of the same stuff as their costume's but of a lot better quality) was objectionable. Also, the water level in most of the pools was not even 3 feet, the water was extremely dirty; the pools appeared green, and I seriously doubt the presence of even a tiny amount of chlorine in it. The water park was heavily overcrowded, with the no. of people being at least double the water park's capacity and keeping into consideration the crowd, there was an acute scarcity of lifeguards. With stag entry being allowed at really low rates, large groups of boys could be noticed horsing about in the premises and hence, one cannot expect quality family time at Just Chill. When we talked to the staff there, they did not seem to have the slightest intention of sorting out or even listening to any public grievances. Not only this, Just Chill also has a scheme for the people to post good reviews on FB and Google and to get packages worth Rs. 8000 absolutely free. I'm sure this is the result of this scheme that one can find so many positive reviews about Just Chill. Finally, we ended up getting our tickets refunded, which, too, seemed to be a Herculean task. In fact, I would suggest that EVEN IF JUST CHILL IS THE LAST WATER PARK LEFT IN THE UNIVERSE, IT WOULD BE BETTER TO INFLATE A CHILDREN’S POOL AND KEEP...
