I think this is the best park in nearby vicinity. It has been well developed by the Delhi Development Authority over the past three decades and they still are adding new features to it constantly. It's quite beautiful and you can easily spot peacocks and other small birds here. There used to be a natural lake in the park long time ago but it has dried up now. Cleanliness in the park is a bit of an issue with visitors throwing garbage in the park. Also, a lot of water wastage happens in the park as the gardeners and the maintenance staff employed by the DDA keep water running all the time without thinking about making optimum use of the water. Avoid visiting the park during peak afternoons or late evenings as you may come across some anti-social elements or junkies loitering around in the park at that time. Also, the park is not well lit up during late evenings which makes it unsafe particularly for women. There is an open gym here now with a lot of equipment to exercise.

It is dense green with planned plantation, long grass lawns having very good tracks which gives good feeling to morning walkers. This park is very big areawide having all public utilities like drinking water, toilets, gym, weight lifting spot and other exercise spots.Point of attraction centrally located musical fountain, crieket ground,no.of Badminton, volleyball, football ground.Number of yoga, aerobics and other exercise groups are functioning in the park.It is full of fruity trees like jamun, amberak, nimbu, karonda , mulberry and amrood. The other trees like Ashoka, amatash, gulmohar, been, currypatta, belpatar etc.are the beauties of this park.A nursary exists in centre of park having no.of borewells to supply water for irregation. There is 8 entry and exit points.it is point of attraction in this area only half a km from Ramlila ground. One must visit this park in morning to enjoy.

Good place for walks and exercise. Open gyms are available and swings for children. Park is very well maintained. There is an unusual serenity about the place which de-stresses and makes you happy. Commendable effort of authorities for maintaining it well throughout the year. There are open grounds for children to play cricket. There are several separate courts for playing badminton & volleyball. Various free yoga & aerobic classes for all in the morning. An outer katcha track of red soil of approx. 2 kms, of one round for walking & and inner smaller rubberized track is also available. There are several steel benches all over the park for people to sit & relax & enjoy the nature.

The best place to walk, Jog and do yoga in the entire district of pitampura, that is why it is Known as pitampura district park. The track to walking and jogging is amazing, specially thanks to our municipal councillor Sh Amit Nagpal who himself is a regular to this place. He takes notice of small to small requirements and makes sure to attend to all needs on daily basis. Our previous councillors and MLA's have been proactive with the upkeep and maintenance of this park in particular. The moment you step out of park after your regular routine you will find a lot of fresh vegetables and fruits vendor who serve the best quality products at reasonable price. You will also find vendors selling fresh juice with Aloe vera, herbs, grass seeds and all other natural ingredients. Fresh cut tender coconut is also readily available. Pollution free environment and natural resources to be seen all around.. One thing to watch out for as it might not be as safe during late night and evenings. So better avoid coming to district park at night or...
