I visited this place some time back in February 2018. It was quite good in term of greenery and all. I was there with few of my friends and we decided to sat down for a bit and rest. As we were just chilling and having fun time, this group of people 4-5 men in their 20s approached as and hit some us on head with wooden heavy piece of trunk( they apparently thought we were cracking joke on them and having a laugh on them). We tried to fought back or talk, argue almost everything possible with them but we saw there is no way around them. We tired to escape from them as they had us grouped but we were very far from main road so we couldn't. Somehow after some struggle and fighting we did escape. I won't recommend anyone to visit that place for fun and exploration. And yeah we tried calling police no counter measure was taken instead they started interrogating us on phone, like is this a prank call or real, where are you guys? We told but it was no use. Would've given 0 rating or - rating...

One of the best places to spend your leisure time peacefully with friends and family. This hill forest is part of the ridge of Delhi. It is one of the very few greenest areas of the country's capital. A wonderful place to escape from noisy city life and spend some time with nature. The temperature here is generally 5┬░C less than the urban side. It is a very soothing and refreshing place for walkers and joggers. It has a dedicated walkway. It is also good for those who love to take quick and calm rides, as the road inside has a good stretch of 7-8KM. It is also habitat for many species of birds like Peacocks and Pigeons. Monkeys could also be seen here. It has already been declared as a forest zone, so any type of construction is banned. Perfect example of compelled co - existence of Man and Plants in a vicinity which is surrounded by condensed and unmanaged thick urban population with congestion, population and irregular and disproportionate infrastructure. It maintains the health of the surrounding environment. Going there in the dark is not suggested as it is home to small animals and also because of its seclusion in the dark. Spring season brings many flowers and gives the forest a colorful look. The most visited months are February to April. Keep your ID with you while...

The Buddha statue in the centre of the forest dates back some 2500 years on the anniversary of Siddhartha Guatama attaining enlightenment. A sappling of the Bodhi Tree from Sri Lanka has been given life here next to the central vista containing the statue. There are an assortment of trails to suit the morning walkers to the adventure fiends. Come visit the ancient Northern Aravali Leopard Wildlife Corridor and admire...
