Mahadev Paani Waterfalls — Attraction in Gopisur

Mahadev Pani Waterfall.

A place full of nature.

Mahadev pani is an incredibly beautiful natural picnic spot near bhopal. It is located approximately 32 km from bhopal. (32 from trilanga, bhopal). Located on bhopal raisen road. From bhopal the road is good so you can drive at an average speed of 68km/hr.

Before reaching mahadev pani we incounter another beautiful place named as "GOPI GHAT" beautiful ghat and less crowded than mahadev pani. No tickets for ghat.

After reaching mahadev pani park your vehicle in the parking area it will charge you Rs.10/- per vehicle (i don't know about cars). They take money in advance. There is no space for your helmet and you have to carry your helmet with yourself. Now they must build a small luggage room or something like that if someone wants to put his helmet they can charge it no problem.

The ticket to enter the mahdev pani waterfall is too less it's only Rs.10 per person. They must charge more and use that money to imporve the place. They must have put more and more security guards near the mountains because a lot of persons crosses the danger zone and no one is there to stop them.

After entering the place you will find a lots of greenry and the trees have good quotes on them the quotes are all about protecting forest and greenry.

And then you will reach at the top of the mountain to go downward you have to move forward and follow the downstairs.

Half the way you will find a house that can be used to change clothes. There is a house anyone can go and change here. Changing area available.

In the bottom area you will find a cave temple very ancient one.

Because the path towards the waterfall have the Temple you have to take off your slippers and shoes here.

The waterfall locks totally amazing. Greenry makes it look more and more beautiful. "AMAZING"

Very very very crowded area.

About food you will find local shops at the top of the mountain and small shops for Corn 🌽 , for cucumber and chips and all that.

You can bring your own food and water bottle. Please keep the place clean.

Safety is in your own hand. Be safe. Keep your kids always with you.

In between the downstairs you will find a "magic game" which is kind of a gambling.

Season - This place have season only in rainy season as there will be no waterfall if you visit in summer or winter.

Highly recommend to visit during rainy season. This is a good picnic spot during monsoon. The main attractions are a beautiful waterfall and several small pools of water to enjoy. There is a small Shiva temple downwards near the waterfall.

Resion to give 4 Star one can bath here but The changing rooms present were dirty so one has to change in open surrounded by clothes or in car . This place should be maintained by the authorities. It has good footfall of tourists. The people who give tickets for entry should look after the facility of changing as it gets uncomfortable as well as awkward to change especially for females.

The entry fee is only Rs. 10. You can enjoy this place with friends and family.

How to Reach: Located 30 km east of the city of Bhopal, Mahadev Paani waterfall can directly be reached by taking a road transport. From the top of the falls, you then have to trek down the hill to reach the viewpoint and the base of the pool. Good place to visit No words for that.. Excellent waterfall.. Most important thing are.. Thats area are nit and clean..and very discipline. very good picnic place.. For the. All.. The people.A very good place for family hangout and get together! Very neat and will maintained. This is just amazing and out of the world. It is a wonderful place and I suggest any to go and visit this place. Forest was good. The Falls are majestic and worth a visit once. To view the falls best time to visit during Monsoon, because beauty of waterfall is enhanced by lush green surrounding.

Location is very interior but very natural and scenic beauties are really excellent. This waterfall is very scenic. The scenery around is fantastic. It is beautiful to see the water falling from top.

I went to this place with my friends. The experience was awesome when we reached there. We reached there easily as road condition is good and all the small needed articles can be purchaded in the way. This place is also very good for photography and some adventures also.

There is also a variety of culture, plants and food. It has become a very good tourist attraction. People come here in group and family also.

The natural beauty at both sides of the road gives a life time memory of the scene.
