Read moreI recently visited Chhab Chhaba Chhab Water Fun Park with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was far from enjoyable due to several issues related to their service and staff behavior.
Entry Ticket and Payment Issues: We paid ₹800 per person for entry via UPI. However, once inside, we discovered that to use lockers, we needed to obtain a special park card. This card is only valid for one day and requires a cash recharge. The park does not accept debit/credit cards, UPI payments, or cash directly for these transactions. There were no ATMs on site or nearby. We were told to transfer a minimum of ₹1600 via UPI to the ticket counter to receive cash, which we then had to use to recharge the park card. Additionally, for every ₹1000 recharged, there was a ₹50 cash deposit charge. This system seems designed to generate black money and is highly inconvenient for visitors, especially since there is no prior notice about this requirement.
Dress Code and Rental Charges: Our nylon swimwear was not allowed, and we were forced to rent the park’s t-shirts and pants at exorbitant prices. The quality of these rented clothes was extremely poor.
Lack of Safety Measures for Kids: The park does not provide lifejackets for children, which is a significant safety concern. When we offered to pay for lifejackets, we were told they don’t keep them for kids. This negligence compromises the safety of young visitors.
Misleading Information About Included Lunch: The entry ticket supposedly included lunch, but this turned out to be another scam. Each ticket allowed for only one item from a limited selection: expired pav bhaji, poor-quality veg biryani, tasteless noodles with expired food color and sauce, or a small cup of cold drink. If you chose water, you couldn’t get any other food item. The food quality was extremely poor and unacceptable. When we complained about the food quality and lack of safety measures, the kitchen staff eventually admitted the poor quality. However, when we asked to speak to a manager, about 10-20 staff members arrived and started shouting at us. They dispersed when we began recording them. The manager’s final response was dismissive, stating, “This is the level of service we offer. Take it or leave it.”
Overall, our experience was highly disappointing. The park management seems to disregard municipal corporation rules and food quality standards. They appear indifferent to the safety and satisfaction of their guests. I strongly advise against visiting this water park until they address these...
Read moreI visited Chab Chaba Chab Water Park yesterday and had a very unpleasant encounter with one of the staff members named Sahil, who was stationed at the entry gate to check visitors' luggage. When Sahil found a sealed cigarette packet in my luggage, he informed me that smoking wasn't allowed on the premises. I agreed to leave a deposit, asking for a receipt or any token as proof for reclaiming it later.
However, Sahil rudely informed me that they didn't have such a system and suggested I take a photo of my locker for reference upon return. Despite agreeing to this, he continued to be uncooperative and insisted on having a photo before returning the deposit. This caused unnecessary inconvenience, especially considering that there were multiple visitors involved.
Upon my return, I provided Sahil with the locker number (770) and all necessary details. Despite being familiar with me from an earlier interaction, he remained rude and insisted on the photo before refunding the deposit. When I expressed my intention to escalate the matter, he showed no concern and maintained his rigid stance.
I approached Sahil's manager to address the issue, but even the manager's intervention failed to elicit a proper response from Sahil. This lack of accountability and professionalism from a staff member reflects poorly on the management's oversight.
Overall, my experience was marred by Sahil's behavior, and I feel it's important to highlight these issues to ensure that future visitors are not similarly disappointed. The management's failure to address such concerns promptly and effectively further adds to the dissatisfaction. I hope this feedback prompts necessary improvements in staff training and customer...
