Place is very far from surat city and the roadway to thay place is very bad and without calling please never go there because we 6 people went there and there was noone else other than us. So first the manager told us to go inside and we went to the pool we asked him for food service he told yes everything is started and then we went to the pool and after 10 mins we asked him to start the rides then he went to someone to tell then he came back after 5 mins and told us to leave because you are only 6 people and he gave us excuse that we had 300 people coming but due to some reason they canceled , that place can hardly adjust 150-175 peole and he tells us 300, so basically he was lying. He returned us the money no doubt but I am writing this review because woh log dhandha chalana keb liyee kuxh bhi bolengaa woh chutiyaa bhi baneynga kii 300 log anaa wala thaa this that from my home it was like 30-40 km so bc petrol kaa bhi paisa gaya. Place is so so good. Enjoy a few times with family. Swimming pool Water is in worst condition so it will creat skin itching problem. I am facing problem due to worst water. Washroom area / toilet area is in bad condition, lack of maintenance. No facilities of proper drinking water. Food is so so ok. Water park premises is small. 2 rides for small kids, 4 to 5 rides for elders. Few rides are risky, due to lack of safety one woman is injured just before 2 days. Cloth Changing room is in dirty. Condition . No Seating arrangement for the lunch. Way to Dhamal Masti road is kacha rasta.

Very Bad experience. Staff and management is behaving like we are on school picnic and they are our principle. Food is ok. There is no canteen so bring food with you. Bring cosutumes as they are charging for costumes. Partiality are there. They are allowing some people without costumes and some must have to buy costumes. Do not go this place. Modi resort is far better then this
