Gram Yaatra — Attraction in Gujarat

Arguably first Agro tourism in Gujarat. Perfect picnic spot for friends group and family. 2 slots available: Morning 9 to Evening 6, Afternoon 1 to Evening 6. 299 Rupees (Full Ticket), 199 Rupees (Half Ticket) (Food, tea and snacks included) Food is delicious and served hot. They grow vegetables organically at the same place so I guess they use it for the cooking also. Rain dance happens in the noon after lunch. Then tea is being served around 3. Then guided tour of their organic farm and chandan vadi. In the evening play traditional games Marble ball (લખોટી), Spinning toy (ભમરડો) , Rassi khinch (રસ્સાખેંચ) ,કોથળા દોડ ,મટકી દોડ ,Archery (તીરંદાજી) , Three legs run (ત્રિપગી દોડ), નારગેલ ,Disk throw , Bedminton (ફુલરેકેટ), Volleyball etc. Activities: Adventure zone, experience Rural huts and equipments like wheat grinding - makhan strring, Bull kart, Jhulta Pool, Tyre wall, swings on bargad (વડ)...

One year ago the service and facilities were very good but now it is very bad and staff doesn't treat you happily as they used to do and the route is very bad so if you wanna go visit the place then try a public vehicle like a rickshaw or prefer car if you own one overall the place is good but it was way better and it can get better if staff team is changed and there is no other food option like packed food like wafers etc so must carry packed food if you want to eat before the breakfast or dinner/lunch is given. Make sure you book your time slot beforehand only Must carry a swimsuit and extra pair of clothings as there is a swimming pool available at...

Although the place is good to visit once, the owner has not taken care of the following matters :-

Chairs are very dirty. Huts are not well managed. The water in the swimming pool was not clean. Dogs are entering the area & there is always a risk of beaten by them. Some tyres are broken on the climbing area. Some swings (jhule) are not in good condition.

Owners need to check the above weak areas....
