Gr8 property with 3 star service and hospitality

We were planning for a other resort but seeing reviews and photos, we planned for this.

But I would say, they must work on improving hospitality & service and few more amenities.

We booked super deluxe room.

Spa center was very good. Inside ambience is also good.

Minigolf is also good .

Gymboree - for kids was looking gr8, kids will definitely enjoy there. Overall, ambience of property is good.

Superdelux room is also good, although many things looked quite old inside.

Things I didn't like :

No wifi No dental kit, no comb - both available on chargeable basis. We asked , they told it is available for suite room only , else it is chargeable. No buffet in dinner / breakfast . We were two only. Usually at all resort, they provide buffet dinner but here it was ala carte. If two people r there, we can't order much , atleast they can keep limited fixed meal like 5 course meal. Theatre was not functional. I read on website that Saturday and Sunday they have latest movie show, that was one of the reason we booked but it wasn't functional at all. Service & hospitality in both restaurant (breakfast and dinner) was ok. They don't even tell us which items are available which aren't in menu. We came to know about fafda , paratha after we ordered our breakfast and seen on other tables. No chess, no carrom, no...

I am writing to publicly address an issue I have faced with the voucher message. I paid a ₹10,000 annual membership renewal fee based on a promise that I would receive a ₹10,000 voucher, which could be used for spa services and room bookings. However, upon receiving the voucher, I discovered it was merely a discounted coupon, not a true voucher as promised. This feels like a clear case of deception.

The concept of a voucher and a discount coupon are completely different, and what I received was not as advertised. Furthermore, I fail to understand why I should be paying ₹10,000 annually for membership renewal, especially when clubs in cities like Rajpath and Karnavati charge just ₹3,000 or ₹4,000 for similar services.

In my opinion, the ₹10,000 annual membership fee is absolutely not worth it, and I feel like members are being misled into paying for something that doesn’t hold its promised value.

I strongly urge others not to fall for this scheme. This feels like an unfair practice, and it seems they are simply looting money under the guise of offering vouchers.
