Hastagiri Jain Tirth near Palitana is a beautiful and peaceful place on top of a mountain, ideal for a spiritual visit. Although derasar is still being built, the views along the way are stunning, with the Satrunjay River and Satrunjay Parvat adding to the experience.

You can reach Hastagiri by your own car, or take the bus service, which costs ₹60 for a round trip and runs every hour. This is a great option if you’re coming by auto, as autos can't go up the hill. The drive is around 6 kilometers uphill, with lovely scenery all around.

It’s important to remember that Hastagiri is a Jain temple and not a picnic spot, so please dress respectfully. If you need a dupatta, you can get one at the entrance with a ₹100 refundable deposit. Bags aren’t allowed inside, but there’s a locker service available for a ₹50 deposit. Please avoid eating or throwing anything on the premises to keep it clean and sacred.

It’s disappointing that much of Hastagiri Jain Tirth is restricted due to a few visitors who don’t respect the sanctity of the place. Such rules prevent everyone from fully appreciating this beautiful temple and its...

Quite a silent place . The temple is a huge and good place to visit, it has 4 Big balconies it's too big but they won't allow the general public to visit the balcony, I don't know why they are not allowing if u make some good art work and what is the meaning of hiding good work.

The place is still under construction I think it will take 2 to 3 year more to complete the construction 🏗️ .

Other than that the temple is good . But there are no good food options so bring your own food, nothing is allowed in the premise so u have to put all things at the gate or the locker, The locker charges 50rs for all the luggage .

Things I really don't like about this place is they close a good place around the temple which is really good art i mean someone else is doing wrong but we are here come to see the art of temples.

Temples are take care by local people belonging from nearby villages. When we do visit the temple back then 2 to 3 years the balcony is open and now they close everything except the temple . If u are planning to visit the temple do come early in the morning like 7 -8 o'clock. Otherwise the heat...
