Starting from the booking of tickets till we left in the evening not good or satisfied experience.

No politeness in staff. (except 4 or 5)

Ticket counter guy is behaving like we wish to enter free of cost, no gentle or polite answer by him.

Water quality is also not that good, cleanness is just a show off.

Regarding food, I suggest to take heavy food before entering the water park.

Though it is unlimited lunch, but quality of the food is not that good. Very thick chapati.

Vegetables having lot of food color, even after washing hands, yellow color is till with you in your fingers.

There are no chairs to sit during lunch.

Very good place. One can spend the whole day here. Lots of rides make it joy for all. There are rides for children as well as elders. Cheap rates, good facility, cooperative staff, good life guards make it comfortable for us. Few changes required like water must be cleaned in afternoon session, wave pool can have large waves, and a little more number of life guards would make it the best in Saurashtra. Food is OK. Costumes are comfortable and in numbers. The best part is the manager. He is very cooperative. He is ready for little adjustment. We all felt cozy and warm there. Yes, I do recommend this place to all...

I was here to watch Kesari (Staring Akshay Kumar).It was 3:30 pm show and when we reached there there were only 5 viewer including us,so they tell us that show will be cancelled despite of travelling this long distance. But at last moment another 5 people arrived and we forced them to start the show.

They only started 2 ac and we felt so warm in there, everyone was sweating and no one listened despite of us warning them.

The screen got so much screez in it and it disturb us from viewings movie experience.need bit of renovation and
