Read moreUnbelievably Rude Staff & False Accusations - NOT Family-Friendly! ⚠️ Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1 star)
We visited QI Animal Sanctuary today expecting a fun, educational family experience, especially for our 18-month-old son. Instead, we encountered shockingly rude and unprofessional behavior from a tour guide.
What happened: Petting Zoo? Not Allowed to Pet? Our toddler gently touched an animal (as you do in a PETTING ZOO), and the guide aggressively yelled at us. If touching isn’t allowed, call it something else.
False Accusation: While we stood right beside our child, the guide accused him of "kicking" an animal. This was completely untrue and deeply upsetting.
Hostile Tone: The guide’s demeanor was confrontational and shaming, turning what should have been a joyful moment into a stressful ordeal.
Extremely High Cost: we paid 4130.00 Rs. For traumatic experiences zero valued for our hard earned money.
THREATENED OUR CHILD: The tour guide warned they would "throw the kid out" of the sanctuary over simple touching. Unacceptable toward a baby!
Why this matters: Petting zoos exist for gentle, supervised interaction. Toddlers explore with their hands—it’s normal! Staff should guide families, not berate them. Accusing a baby of intentional harm is absurd and unkind. We traveled from abroad for this, making the disappointment even greater.
Not safe for young children or respectful treatment. We’d never return and caution families: if your child is under 5, avoid this place. Staff training is desperately needed.
I will Post this on TripAdvisor,Facebook, and on...
Read more★☆☆☆☆ — Disappointing Experience at Petting Zoo
We recently visited this petting zoo expecting a fun, kid-friendly day, but it turned out to be a huge letdown. We visited this place with four adult person and three kids one included 8 years old and two kids under 2 years. The staff were extremely rude and unfriendly, not at all what you'd expect at a place meant for children and families. First the guild lady kept telling me off the grass for no reason it was just accident and I said sorry for that at first. I have 18 months old boy who always want to explore everything and wants walk around. But staff was so annoying and told me to kept my kids to my self. And also they didn't allow stroller for kids. They were kept telling us what not to do. Stay with whole group and listen whatever they are saying. And it's not possible with 18 months old kids. So, It made the whole experience unpleasant and frustrating for us and the kids. Also it's really pricey Rs 590/ per person. They charge rs 590 for my toddler 18th month old baby but did not let him enjoy at all. If they have so much restrictions they shouldn't allow under 5 years old kids in this zoo. We spend Rs4200 for all family trip for 1 hours. It was not worth. It was Hot temperature and annoying staff. It was horrible experience. We won’t be going back, and we certainly can't recommend this petting zoo to other families looking for a...
