Wangan waterfall, ankda dhodh — Attraction in Gujarat

Woah!! Time to recharge your energy. A newly beautifully place discovered near the town of Vansda - AAKDA DHODH, VANGAN. Located at about 16 kms from Vansda town of Navsari District comes the waterfall in the lap of nature. Bike is more preferable than any other mode of transport as it will give you the freedom to enjoy the surroundings of nature. At reaching the place, we have to walk near about 1-1.5 kms to the fall. So it is like experience of trekking, going to the fall from inside the deep cover of nature. There are two falls there; one on the top and the other at bottom where we can enjoy being down to it. The upper fall has a great height with nice view to have a click. You can have a bath on the bottom falls - falling with two types of different colour; one side a muddy one and the other having a blessings of clear water, where we can have a shower of natural water. Not many food options are available, only some jujubes(bor,ber) and Masala and boiled makkai(corn). You can carry maggie and cook it here though😄.

An Excellent waterfall near Vansda... It is approximately 15 to 17km from Vansda….Local people called this waterfall Aankda Dhod….It is very famous right now…on weekends & holidays it is very crowed and also there is difficulty for parking of cars..,.. Road is single track from village…. After parking you have to walk around 1 km approx... To reach to fall…Parking charge for car is 50rs….Take food and water along with you... Trekking level is low to moderate…one can easily reach to fall…Local villagers are very helpful …they guide you properly for route….It’s a must visit place if you are nature lover…water flow...
