Jai mata di!! Sabse main jo factor h mandir visit karne ka vo h "timings". Timings bahot important h varna aap bheed mein fasse rahoge. We reached the temple at 1:00 am in the night by cab. Because some relative told us that mandir gate opens after 12:00 am in night. But after reaching there we found out that the gates will open at 5:00 am in the morning. There was crowd everywhere in front of mandir gate. Some were sleeping in their quilts. Some were sitting. Some were standing. We stayed in the cab till 4:00am. Then other people who were sleeping in cabs in mandir parking (very spacious and large and free of cost) start moving towards mandir. We also followed them. Everyone stood in front of mandir gate waiting for it to open. At 4:00 am aarti started. The gate was opened at 4:50 am. People start to rush inside pushing each other. There were around 200-250 people there pushing each other. It took us around one and a half hr to complete the Darshan and we came outside at 6:30 am. Then near sheetla mata mandir, there is another temple called chauraahe wali mata. It is mandatory to visit there to complete the Darshan. We went there. There was also too much rush and pushing. We managed to do the Darshan and came out. Then there is a third temple in village "mubarakpur" near farookhnagar. It is approx 10-15 km away from sheetla mata temple. Visit there is mandatory to complete the Darshan. So you have to go to three places to complete the Darshan. And the time I am advising you to go sheetla mata mandir is around 6:00 -7:00 am or go around 9:00-10:00 am (crowd will be more less) (but don't be late because at 12:00 in noon mandir is closed again). So this is the best timing to visit. Please confirm at some other place also before following this timing. Because mandir timings changes. These are the recent timings. For example in navratre the temple is open 24 hrs. So timing changes. So please confirm somewhere else also. One more thing is that don't go in summer. It will be hectic due to garmi, paseena and all. As the temple is always flooded with shradhalus. The rush is never less throughout year. Go in mild winter or early summer. And one more thing is that there is an overhead bridge which starts from parking of mandir and goes in mandir directly. Sometimes you have to go through that bridge. They don't allow you through direct gate. Then you have to go through overhead bridge in a line. (which is more better as there is less pushing and pulling. People move in a line) Buy mata ka chadawa from outside mandir. It can be either 7 saringaar(100 rupees) or 11 saringaar (250 rupees) or 16 saringaar(500 rupees). Choose according to your shardha. Have a safe trip. All over it will give you some positive vibes and health. NOTE: - must read about Singha jaat story on Google who built this temple. It is very nice. And also...

Its on the main road and has lawns and resting place.. People come from far to seek divine blessings. Sheetla Mata's divine blessings is good enough to make up for all the efforts it takes to visit the temple through the crowded & perpetually under repair Mata Road. Though it is relatively well kept, the temple can definitely live up to its expectation on cleanliness & organization. Overall, worth a visit,...
