Joygaon Picnic Park — Attraction in Haryana

Pros: Good range of activities for both kids and adults. provided you get chance to do them. An educated gentlemen in French beard (probably close to ownership guided us with how we should plan our day/food time etc. Cons: Though we had booked online Entry took close to around 20-25 mins as they had only one person issuing bands. We could not enjoy/do any activity as it was overcrowded. Their staff confirmed that they had a heavy footfall of around 4.5K+ school kids that day. Making it eventually impossible for us to get our hands on any activity for more than a minute after waiting for our turn in queues for minutes. Internal games : There were a few board games like 2 for TT, 2 for Strickers and 1 for snooker (without snooker sticks/balls). All I could get my hand on with my 5 year old was a chess board as others had queues of school kids waiting for their turn. Outdoor activities for kids are nice but staff was not equipped to handle the number of kids that day probably. A huge bunch of kids rushed onto a net climber while my 5 year old was trying come down. Had to literally rescue him out. Staff was looking from a distance only. Their were tennis courts but inaccessible for public (locked) Food quality was bad, specially the breakfast. Cold hard paranthas. Gramin rasoi was better though in comparison.

Overall I feel it failed to meet our expectations. May be it was just our experience on a bad day. May be it would be better for you if you go there some other day. But I would suggest you not go there on Saturdays for sure. Wondering if it is preferred day for schools too. Families should probably opt for Sundays?

For Management: 1. You should not let families book if you have many schools kids booked already. 2. Please train the staff to handle that sort of crowd (specially kids) to avoid any unfortunate accidents. 3. Food quality can be easily improved.

Review for Joygaon Waterpark Gurgaon: Disappointing Corporate Experience

I recently visited Joygaon Waterpark in Gurgaon with my entire company, a group of over 50 members. We had made a corporate booking in advance, expecting a smooth and enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, our visit was marred by several significant issues that I feel compelled to address.

First and foremost, we were overcharged for our visit. Despite arranging a corporate booking, we were surprised to find discrepancies in the pricing upon arrival. This was highly disappointing and reflected poorly on the park's management.

Moreover, the behavior of the staff was utterly unacceptable. Instead of providing assistance and hospitality, they engaged in arguments and displayed a lack of professionalism. Such behavior is not only discourteous but also reflects poorly on the establishment as a whole.

Furthermore, the level of service we received was subpar, to say the least. Despite our large group size, we encountered zero assistance or support from the staff throughout our visit. This lack of service greatly diminished our enjoyment of the park's facilities.

Additionally, the park failed to uphold their commitments to us as corporate customers. We expected certain standards of service and pricing, which were not met during our visit. This inconsistency between commitment and delivery is deeply concerning.

Overall, our experience at Joygaon Waterpark Gurgaon was extremely disappointing. As a corporate group, we had hoped for a fun and hassle-free outing, but unfortunately, our expectations were not met. I will not recommend to anyone...

Good spot for children to burn some energy. Fairly clean.

We planned a trip of about 50 people with stay. Got great to service from management.

We enjoyed our 2 days during the trip fully. Nothing to worry about. Guest safety is ensured.

You get high quality and delicious meals which were included in our package. We’re thinking of revisiting around New Year.

During this wedding season, we were having difficulty in finding a good place for my brother’s roka ceremony in a short period.

One of my friends recommended this place and was so happy and satisfied with the arrangements.

The decoration, food quality, music, and service were top-notch.

I would highly recommend this place near Haryana if you’re planning for any parties.

We visited Joygaon last year on New Year. It’s not far from Gurgaon. Had a great time.

The host of the New Year’s party at Joygaon was amazing.

The party was engaging, the snacks were tasty but what I liked the most was the music playing.

It was so good that even i was tired still i wanted to dance. We’ll be going again to this new year’s party.

The water activities are super fun. Their rain dancing is amazing.

First time visiting and won’t be the last. Overall had a very good time.

The excitement, the joy, the laughter, the scares, and the screams just filled me with joy and happiness such a great time was had.

I can't tell you how happy and overjoyed I am with being back at Joygaon Adventure Park.
