Chaudhary Devi Lal (born Devi Dayal Chautala on 25 September 1915 – 6 April 2001) was an Indian politician who served as 6th Deputy Prime Minister of India from 1989–91 in the governments of V. P. Singh and Chandra Shekhar. He also twice served as Chief Minister of Haryana, first in 1977–79 and then in 1987–89.

Probably biggest Park in Panipat for morning walks, jogging on tracks or to spend time with family, friends or spouse on evening or on weekends. Also couple friendly. Also safe for girls for morning walks or jogging if they walk or run along other people. But girls need to stay alert and don't be alone at boundaries of Park where it has lot of trees especially at dawn and dusk. Stay in the middle open space of Park if you are all alone. It has open spaces for winter to bask in sun as well as shaded area for extreme summers. Has a lot of benches to sit on. Has a musical fountain also but its NOT WORKING. There is small canteen outside which is super expensive and charges double or triple rates for everything. So it will be frugal to bring eatables and water bottles from home. But please don't litter your wrappers and plastic waste. There are lots of dustbins available. Use them. But I guess there are no toilets and drinking water facility. Police constables also available at entry gate. Free parking available. E Rickshaws are easily available on weekends if you don't have your own...

Beautiful place have to visit all of you there. It's a long and wide place to bring your children here to play and most of the time here people gathered here. I again wanted to visit the place. I visit for about 2 hours but now I want to spend a day here all the time. Maybe again I can. Visit the best garden in the area of Panipat city. Good place to bring kids here.
