Confluence of Chandra & Bhaga River — Attraction in Himachal Pradesh

I'd first read about Tandi in school in a geography book. Back then, never realised that one day I'll make it here that too at such a high elevation 💙

The confluence of the Chandra and the Bhaga rivers ( former being green and latter being blue ) contribute to form the mighty Chenab. The brown peaks of Lahaul l, the turquoise water and the sound of gushing water make one stand in awe of the Himalayas. Pure bliss 🫶

I will never forget this place. Never 💐

TIPS

Don't enter the water because Himalayan rivers are very unforgiving.

If you visit in your own vehicle, don't drive till the river bed. Park it on the mettled road above.

Do not loitre this pristine region with plastic and other trash.
