Water during the rainy season is abundant which makes this fall even more beautiful. Listening to heavy cascading noise together with mist is altogether a good experience. However, after the season and esp. during summers only a thin stream trickles down the fall, making the fall more accessible by climbing down in it.
To reach this place take the Barela road from Sadar. After passing below a flyover, take a left towards ITBP camp. A narrow road, though cemented curves towards another well known place called Jamtara. Right before Jamtara, a left turn, recently paved with tar, would lead to this place.
