Read moreI loved this place..Specially the hiking part, it was tiring though. It will take good 30-45 minutes to climb to the peak.Grab a bottle of water , it's must. Don't go alone, going in a group is preferable. Wait for the people to join you while climbing too as the jungle is deep. The rock is Slippery so avoid going on the edges. The view is awesome form the peak provided the weather is clear. You have parking available. If you are going to Ranchi or from any other place, don't go via khalari or Mccluskiganj. There's a simple route, Go to madarsa Chowk and from there it is only 5kms from the highway NH 75, ask anyone how to go to Nakta Pahad, they will let you know.
Or from Madarsa chown ask people how to go to Kisan High school, follow the same route of school and you will reach .It is visible from the highway itself.
Hope it...
Read moreThis hill is really beautiful hidden between jungle type of area. The view from top is breathtaking. You'll need only 30 min to go on top. Best day is Sunday to visit there as you'll find rush and will feel safe. And one should always go there in group of atleast 5-6 people. And avoid using bike , it's better to go there in car. Though government should take some action for that area as it isn't safe to go there on two wheeled vehicles. Bikes gets stolen and you'll never be able to get it back. Road isn't good to reach that place from in between that forest. You'll see very few houses near by and there is no shop for water or food. Isn't any garage nearby and I think that village has no electricity connection for night as whole village was in dark. Even main road is without...
