We are from Bihar and went to Ranchi with friends. If you really want to enjoy Patratu Valley, then you should try to go there on a sports bike. It is a very good place for those who love nature and bike rides.Try to go there during monsoon season, the zig-zag roads here will give you a very amazing 𤊠feel. Patratu valley and patratu dam are one of the the tourist place in Ranchi Jharkhand. Patratu valley is a place in Patratu area which is famous for its zig Zag roads, dense forest, Beautifull mountains and clean and clears rivers and Dams. 1)Forest forest here are evergreen forest with great diversity of plants and animals. In this forest various animals dwells here leopard, rabbits, deers, cats, fox and elephants. Here elephants are in large number so be carefull while roaming around forest. Various varieties of important plants also grow here which are used in making ayurvedic medicines. 2) Rivers There are many rivers in this place but many are seasonal and few are permanents, rivers are quite impressive they are very clear and clean which are used for drinking purpose for the local people these rivers flow into the patratu dam and makes it one of the largest dam of Jharkhand 3) Roads Patratu valley is famous mainly for its zig Zag roads which looks so mesmerizing and relaxing. Roots hair were constructed by cutting the the rocks and mountains the zigzag roads through the forest makes it beautiful many people from around the state visit here to see its wonderful scenes. Apart from them all many movies were short here. This place is open throughout the year anyone can visit here at any time but ideal time is the day time.
