When I first time visited this place I really get pissed off in its search. If you want to visit it you first reach to Damodar bridge you can search in Google that is located in Bujulia Bokaro and this bridge is with a lighthouse type building blue in color near it. When you go down in the way of blue light house type building you find out a way along with the river there is no constructed road you contine to walk ( sometime you ask with labours who is uploading sands in truck ) and a place you reach where water is following towards the damodar you can in the opposite stream of river by walking inside the water after you follow the river opposite flow you reach to you destination.
