Overall a good place to sit and relax or have a casual group meet but only for short length of time. Entry is not free. They sell tickets (per person) at the Main gate (counter).

Swarn Jayanti Park is okay if you're visiting with kids. there are plenty of swings and rides, but each one charges separately. There's also a small cafeteria inside. I personally didn’t find it great as a solo traveler; the place isn’t very well maintained, and the washrooms weren’t clean (no running water). I spent barely 30 minutes there and left.
