This located near Pazhayangadi about 35km fro Kannur in Kerala. It is known for it's Flora and fona. I visited this place in peak of mansoon in Kerala. It was locally stated that except in this season it offers plenty of flowers carpeting the Rocky (laterate)area. There is temple namely Madayi kavu. The property is under temple administration. There is a Siva temple at the far end of the area. One of it's kind. This gives a glimpse of the great Valley of Flowers in UtharakhandSituated 35 kms from Kannur town, near Pazhayangadi town is this hill top with an excellent view of Ezhimala... Kilometers of undisturbed view is the main attraction here. Home to an amazing variety of flora and fauna... Its all green in rainy season with the amazing little "kakkappo" flower forming a blue carpet which is totally different from the dry season where the whole place is yellow... Sun set was an awesome feel, view of the backwaters is just cannot describe with words.
Whichever direction you turn it’s another superb frame for your camera. Vehicle reaches to the top and not much to walk. It was an experience for sure.
