I love the place very much. You can go for a walk. The road to the place is narrow. If you are coming from Pazhayangadi side you can enter through ramapuram bridge. There is a left turn. Temple arch can be seen. You can walk above the water through the wooden path. Ceiling is there so don't worry about the sun light. It's a long walk through river which leads you to the park. Children park,. Games zone, food zone all things are there. In river boat service are provided. For group and couples too. Machine boat and self pedal boat are there. Charge is Little bit high. Rope walk is there. You can enjoy with family. Children will be busy with their rides. Swing, slide, hangers, toy train, a smal swimming pool is here. Small children boat is there. Pedal boat. Children can enjoy. Half a day enjoyment is there. Always wind blew from the river side. It will not be a waste of money. For game zone and toy train you need to pay charges. I think minimum 30 to as it goes. You will love the atmosphere. You can eat some snacks Here. Public toilet facilities is provided. There is free wifi corner. Kfi zone. At the entrance and in between the path, park you can see food zones. You can drink. Every where waste basket is kept. You can use that for throwing the food waste and...

It is a beautiful floating park as its name suggests.once you step on to the wooden walkway you experience the cool water of the river beneath...and the breeze makes it lovely. There is a nice boating area ( motorized and self pedalling once..I would recommend the motorized 20 minutes drive enjoying the cool breeze..( the music on the boat is too loud..wish they reduce the volume a bit ) you can see the beauty of the river and mangrove forests bordering the river coast.. Kids have plenty of play area with the regular swings and slides plus small pedalling boats,a game zone,a net bowling area and few other play things.. If you are in Kannur, it is the best artificially made river park in this area to go to.. THE BIGGEST PROBLEM THIS PLACE HAS IS A FEW PATHETIC MEN WHO ARE MANAGING THE PARKING AREA FOR VEHICLES. THEY ACT AS IF THEY ARE LORD ALMIGHTY AND DICTATE YOU WITH HOW TO PARK THE CAR ...IN THE MOST INCONVENIENT WAY SUCH THAT YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET OUT OF YOUR CAR PROPERLY.. THEIR ATTITUDE IS SUCH THAT THEY ARE FOR SURE TO DRIVE AWAY TOURISTS WHO WANT TO COME TO THIS AREA.. HOPING THE PARK MANAGEMENT TAKES NOTE OF THESE BULLY ATTITUDE FROM THE MEN THEY EMPLOY FOR SUCH...

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5 stars) Review: Vayalapra Floating Park is an absolute gem and a must-visit if you're in the Kannur region! From the moment you arrive, you're greeted by a serene and beautifully maintained environment. The floating bridge itself is a unique experience, allowing you to walk right out into the backwaters and soak in the breathtaking panoramic views. It's incredibly well-constructed and feels very safe, even for those with a slight fear of heights or water. Beyond the bridge, there are plenty of activities to enjoy. We particularly loved the boating options; gliding through the calm waters surrounded by lush greenery was incredibly peaceful. There are also opportunities for kayaking and even some lovely spots to just sit and relax, watching the world go by. The park is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and there are good facilities available. It's perfect for families, couples, or even solo travelers looking for a tranquil escape. Don't forget your camera – the photo opportunities are endless! A truly refreshing and...
