Just an amazing place on the banks of river Kaveri. Visited on a Saturday afternoon, this place is really tranquil and peaceful. The Sai temple is very well built & maintained by the trust. There's a Dhooni built as well. You can offer Coconut to it. The Omkareshwar temple is just beside the Sai temple and is also very good. The sound of the river enhances the overall beauty of the place. There's a Convention centre which can accommodate 600+ people and has a good parking facility as well. The temple provides free lunch to devotees as well. There are steps constructed on the banks of river, where you can wash your feet and get the blessing of the holy river. The committee head is really a humble guy and he treated us with love and affection. The lunch was excellent and I'd recommend you to come here instead of going to hotels. They accept donations and they have maintained the place very well. Overall, an excellent experience and this place must be visited when you're near...
Read moreWe had been to Rustling nest(home stay) hence planned to visit, as we worship Sai Baba a lot. This place is very interior of Sri ranga pattana, which comes ahead of Rustling nest 🏡 and takes about 3-5 minutes to reach here. Located in the midst of greenery, surrounded by coconut 🥥 🌴🌲 gives that cool breeze of air wherever you go. We packed a few snacks and a flask of tea ☕ to enjoy, spotted a few peacocks nearby 🦚 🦚 This place has Sai Baba temple, Forest Goddess- Vana Devathe who protects the place. It also looks like a guest house, because I saw ppl residing and there's a conventional hall where residents plan for auspicious occasions. My wife and I captured a few photos, had snacks, enjoyed the view, calmness, prayed for some time and left. The backside of the temple is dense forest, you may spot a lots of peacocks 🦚 wild animals so don't try to wander here and there, you'll...
Read moreWould love to have given 10 stars. This is truly a serene place. Situated right on the banks of cauvery river. We actually stopped for breakfast at this place. Me along with 30 other people were going on a trek from Srirangatna to krs. We were served with piping hot upma cooked with fresh vegetables and semolina. This place has a saibaba temple which is the main attraction. Divine place and also run by some really loving people. There are some really friendly dogs which actually come inside the Saibaba temple wen there is Aarthi going on and silently sits next to you. I recommend everyone to visit this place and also stay there for a few days as this place has a lodging facility which charges a very nominal amount. I would request everyone to contribute generously to the trust as they are doing a very...
