A Nightmare Stay at The Coorg Waterpark: Avoid at All Costs!

My recent experience at The Coorg Waterpark was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my ordeal to prevent others from going through the same ordeal. From the moment we set foot in the resort, it was clear that we had made a grave mistake.

The room we were assigned was a disgrace. The sheets on the mattress were not just dirty – they were shockingly filthy, as if they hadn't been changed for ages. The overpowering stench in the room was suffocating, making it impossible to even take a deep breath. The restroom was a horror show, with hygiene standards far below what any reasonable person would expect.

But what truly shocked me was the utter lack of professionalism and decency exhibited by the resort's staff. Despite the appalling conditions of the room, the resort had the audacity to charge us an exorbitant amount. When we decided that we couldn't possibly stay in such a revolting environment and requested to cancel, they flatly refused to return the advance payment we had made. It's clear that they have no qualms about taking money for a room that is utterly uninhabitable.

The behavior of the staff, particularly the person in charge, was beyond belief. When we attempted to document the deplorable state of the room by taking photographs, we were met with threats and intimidation. Instead of addressing our concerns, they resorted to bullying tactics, which is absolutely unacceptable.

The situation went from bad to worse when we attempted to escalate the issue to the manager. Shockingly, the manager was nowhere to be found on the property. Our attempts to communicate and seek resolution were met with radio silence, highlighting the complete disregard this resort has for its guests' wellbeing.

If you value your sanity, your hard-earned money, and your overall wellbeing, I implore you to steer clear of The Coorg Waterpark. This establishment clearly has no interest in providing a clean, comfortable, and respectful experience to its guests. There are countless other options in the area that are deserving of your patronage – places that actually prioritize customer satisfaction and uphold basic standards of cleanliness and decency. Waste of time waste of money. No food quality is there . No taste is in food .. customer service is very poor . They are not responding once you check in. If I have permission to provide in negative star I could have done that. If you book in advance don’t go with advance amount if you stay one day cancel it for any emergency for 2nd day they will not revert your money back. Food there will be no options are there and my personal experience I just take. Extra chilli power and salt to mix with food . Think how they provide food and chapati is worst . No hygiene, water is not clean . If you want visit it by reading comment it’s your own risk . Very poor very bad. For concern I have called them 19 times but they don’t respond for single call. they provide that kind of customer service. It’s worst resort I have ever visited.

Dear owner you telling like it’s morning don’t do such false commitments because in night only we called you , you people mentioned like in morning we ll see. We do all reference what ever you told . Don’t lie for review like this you only told in morning we ll get back to you when we mentioned like tomorrow we are leaving . Don’t do such things with customers and don’t lie. For food we not told such things like it’s taste ask your manager he only given salt and chilli powder. Ask your sagar who is manager he only tell about food . Don’t lie in review . And one day before only we mentioned it’s emergency. See your business because of us you don’t cancel any bookings mind it . We booked we stayed one day and told you about emergency. Keep it in mind sir . Don’t blame all customers like this improve your self . It’s section where you can get correct response take it in positive way improve your self. The worst place ever!!!! Unhygienic, filthy & a total waste of time.

It's just an advertisement of fake images they have shown at the entrance board vs the actual activities. This is the filthiest water park I've ever been to. When we realised it's in such poor condition we immediately requested for a refund which they didn't oblige even though we hadn't used even a single activity. (Also we were given incorrect information about the package we had opted) Water is so stinky everywhere they had water activities. At the pool the slides had wornout edges which were giving cuts upon sliding & there were dead bugs floating everywhere. Also we saw people spitting right into the water. Don't even ask about the washrooms and the changing rooms, we couldn't even stand without closing our nose, a very filthy place I must way. Zipline is so unsafe, basic requirement is the helmet which weren't given. Zorbing was done in a small tube which they didn't bother to fill water inspite of asking for several times.(but their board showed a fancy ride at the lake) And at the lake they had a floating tube which they called theme park something which looked so dirty from far itself that we didn't even let our children get into that. My niece went on a Jet ski and came back complaining that it was her worst experience ever, the staff rode through the bush of plants which literally gave scratches on her hands.
