Wonderful waterfalls...Do visit if you are nearby Ujire or Dharmasthala (Dakshina Kannada- Karnataka) since it's not very far from this waterfall. This waterfall is under a private property and the owners house is the entrance for this waterfall. One should Pay ₹50(Per Head) as entry fees. From the owners house it's about 5 mins walk to the waterfall. Best time to visit is from September to December. After December flow of water will be less which will make the waterfall look dull. But one should be careful when the flow of water is too high. This waterfall is a cascade of many waterfalls. To see all the waterfall one should trek upwards from the side of the waterfall where one can visit 3-4 waterfalls but only 2 waterfalls comes under private property rest comes under Forest Area which requires permission from the forest officers. But it's worth to trek upwards to see other waterfalls. The base pool isn't deep and one can swim but the one above the base pool is deep and it's risky to swim up there. Be careful while walking on these huge stones since they're slippery and it's very dangerous since one doesn't have anything to catch on after they slip and fall. To reach this waterfall one should come off-road passing a small stream. Nearest town is Didupe. Nearest Tourist attractions are Didupe Falls, Bandaje Falls, Elaneer Falls and off-road to Samse from didupe.Do visit this falls in October for a wonderful experience and to refresh.one of the...

Ermaayi Waterfalls is an absolute gem and a must-visit if you find yourself near Dharmastala! The falls offer a spectacular experience with two main cascades: one at the bottom and another at the top after a climb. The journey to the top is well worth it for the breathtaking view.

The location is easily accessible, situated on the Charmadai Didupe road. You can park your vehicle at a nearby shop for a small fee. From there, you have the option to either walk or hire a jeep. The jeep ride, though charged at a standard fee, is worth every penny, especially if you're in a group. The drivers are not only polite but also very informative, adding to the overall experience. The jeep takes you up to the entry point where you need to buy tickets.

One aspect that detracted from the otherwise perfect visit was the presence of people smoking and littering. It’s disappointing to see such a beautiful place being marred by careless behavior. We all need to do our part to preserve these natural attractions for future generations. Please, don't litter! If you must smoke or consume anything, do so privately without disturbing others or harming the environment.

Despite this, Ermaayi Waterfalls remains a stunning destination and is highly recommended for nature lovers and adventure...
