Read moreBeautiful hill station about 10km from Chitradurga. The top of the hill is windy and cool breeze mesmerises you. It is 1150m above from MSL. Hill is covered with sub tropical dry deciduous forest. Early morning it will be misty till 9am. Since we misinformed as it will open at 9am morning we were late to reach but actually entry was allowed about 7am itself. Road reaching the top is in bad condition and it is upclimbing takes half an hour to cover 10km. It is a ghat road that has very mild bends here and there. We were at checkpost by 9:15am and reached the top by 9:43am. By that time there was no mist but it was breezy. Forest officials will give entry tickets only till 12:30pm. Prices are very reasonable. Top of the hill has a temple dedicated to Jogi Siddeshwara. Also there is a watch tower just side-by to the temple on which you can climb. From the top of that tower view is awesome. I was so scary for first few moments on the top of that watch tower. Lot of people will come here for pre wedding photo shoots. Again don't judge the height just by the images, go and experience the...
