It's a nice spot to visit. It is hardly crowded, and it is open to visitors in between 4pm and 5pm. I have visited the place on 15th August 2023. The beautiful views are breathtaking, and we can see the entire city and its surrounds from the vantage point. The top vintage points lack child-protection barriers, making this an unsafe environment for children. Currently, several constructions are underway for a garden and extra outdoor play areas. The admission cost must be 10₹ per individual. But it's worth the money, because seeing the seashores and surroundings must be exciting for everyone.

The Kundapura Lighthouse, standing 30 meters tall, serves mariners on the western coast of India. It has recently been developed into a tourist-friendly location. Visitors can enjoy a beautiful park and a children's play area. After climbing the lighthouse tower's stairs, the view from the top is worth the effort.From the top, it offers breathtaking views of the lush surroundings, including beaches, coconut trees, and temples.If you are near Kundapura or Kodi Beach, this is a must-visit place. It is open every day from 4 PM to 5 PM for a nominal fee of Rs. 10.

A great view from this place. The lighthouse timings would be from 4:00pm to 5:30pm. The blowing wind, sea on one side, land and river on rest of the side is a mesmerizing scene. This is nearly 10 floored tall and you need to climb roughly 130+ stairs. The light from this lighthouse can reach all the way upto 35.5kms far. You also need to purchase a ticket which would be Rs 10 for Indian citizen, kids Rs 3 and seperate charges for camera and foreign citizens.

Kodi Lighthouse, located next to the serene Kodi Beach, is a hidden gem about 30-35 kilometers from the Udupi bus stand. It was built during the colonial era.
