Kodical Beach — Attraction in Karnataka

Happened to find out about this Beach recently, so decided to check it out.

The beach is less known and relatively undeveloped so there isn't a dedicated parking area as such, however there are places along the roadside where vehicles can be parked. The roads are a bit narrow, though.

The beach is awesome. It is pretty flat hence might be okay for kids to play in water; there are some shallow pits formed due to movement of sand though.

Lots of sea shells are found on the beach; one of the highest I ever found. Also, during my 1st visit, I found lots of star fishes as well.

No food stalls available.

I have visited this place multiple times and would highly recommend it if you want to enjoy a uncrowded beach with lots of sea...

This beach is completely isolated. Its clean. It is a good place for couples for a silent date. You can take your partner for a surprise date here. Play with water, waves and click lots of pictures. I feel the flow of water is very violent here. Its not apt for swimming or going into deep water. Just relish the strong waves from far and feel the cool breeze. Its an unexplored region with hardly any people. I clicked lot of pictures of water here and had a good time...

Located somewhere between a busy and crowded Panambur beach and Surathkal is this beautiful landscape located behind the industrial belt in Baikampady. This area is covered with families depending on fishing. The beach is very clean and clear. There were hardly around 20 folks on the shore on a Sunday which translates to lesser crowd.
