Amezing experience to see this dam with brindavan garden,it is a model for upcoming engineering people and it was built by 4th sir.M.V under guidence of krishnaraj odeyar in 1913. Beautiful place but be ready to walk a lot of steps . You get snacks & stuff around They used to allow tourist over the dam wall but not anymore. It's usually crowded during weekend. I wish they had battery car service for old people to go...
