Kyalasanahalli Lake — Attraction in Karnataka

A calm n serene beauty, the lake is a very peaceful area to realx ur mind. Sunset is a must watch, the mini island in between is what makes the place more attractive. You can spot kingfisher and many other birds by the side of the lake. Nice trail for a good walk. Small play area for the kids as well. And if you have a pet, you can surely take them out there for a nice walk and amazing photography in between nature.Currently a temple is being constructed as well.

But the place comes with some disadvantages as well, the road leading to the road is all muddy and not maintained, post evening it's not a safe place as well to hang out.

If you are looking to spend some quality time by the side of the lake, cool breezing blowing by, then u can surely visit the place. Sometimes you might spot fishermen fishing as well. Amidst the hustle bustle of the city, it gives peace...

This lake is rejuvenated by Sanser !! A big board in the middle of the lake announces that. A poorly maintained area in total. There is no proper walking track around the lake. It’s scenic, a lot of birds perch on the trees around and in the lake , but that’s about it. This place could have been developed better. Lights around the lake would deter people from drinking and throwing in the lake. A lot of waste is dumped at times in this lake and the plastic packets clearly show that. It’s a waterbody in Bangalore which is still safe and should be preserved for the generation yet to come !!! Overall a one time visit for photo enthusiasts...

Kyalasanahalli lake is a very beautiful lake with very good water quality. Even though there is no proper fencing for the lake and there is a mud road around it, the lake is pretty neat and clean. Lotuses are blooming one one side of the lake, and you can find birds like Grebes, Coots and ducks in the lake. One of the sides of the lake also has a small Miyawaki forest as well. There is a small children's play area and also seating places around the lake....
