Manjehalli Falls — Attraction in Karnataka

I Wanted to visit some place in Sakleshpur. I have never travelled before to Sakleshpur. So just gave a try and found this nice small water falls in google maps. I have travelled all the way from Bangalore to this falls. I have started by 6am in the morning and reaches here around 1 pm only. Because to Hassan connecting road is good but once we cross that Sakleshpur road is really tooo bad. It took almost 2 hours to reach the falls from littles outer from Sakleshpur.

From Sakleshpur to this water falls upto 3 kms road is Somewhat ok after that there is no road at all only off road till you reach the water falls. At the beginning we thought there must be no water falls at all and it must be a wrong information in google maps because there was no symptoms for a water falls. But still we didn’t give up and took the same off road route till the end of the road and finally we reached the falls. Since we came to this place in almost summer time so water was very less in the falls but still we enjoyed the natural atmosphere and peaceful environment with water falls sound.

We played in the water falls for almost 2 hours and took lot of photos here. Felt relaxed and happy after travelling such a long hours and in a bad condition road.

Note : It I’ll be a difficult and very much challenging off road for a normal sedan or luxury sedan. Good to go in SUV’s which has good ground clearance. Never plan to go in sedan cars in Rainy season it I’ll be risky. If you have 4x4 it I’ll be so easy to travel anytime.

Please keep a water bottle and food because you I’ll get nothing...

Super kool place. But take your car on the mud road only if not raining else you must have four wheel drive. When I reached here at 9.30 am no one was there and almost looked like I have booked the whole water fall 😁. You can take bath here. Carry your towels and clothing. The water fall area is slippery during rains, so be careful. If you wish to take a dip, there is a spot before the water fall. From the parking area take the mud road down.
