Place of the temple is really picturesque, beautiful, calm place. The temple is kept neat & clean. But we had a real horrific incidence in the temple premises. When we asked about stala purana ( Temple origin history/story) no body knows exactly. They collected Homa fees (Rs100/ each) not for one family. The archakas do one single Homa in a single Homakund calling each member to the same Homa, batch by batch of 30 people. Irrespective of the people present, it is in the same Hom kund one has to put the Dharba gross. Very strange when they are charging each person Rs 100/- . Very strange, there is no Nandi in front of a Shiva temple. The Archakas in front of devotees when performing hom never chanted Mrityunjaya Mantra. When we asked about which system of worship they are performing no body answered. Because of these basic questions they got irritated & after having Prasad (post Pooja) at Bhojan Shala , being the family head I was called in the sidelines & the vice president/ secretary has threatened me & manhandled me by pushing me before my family could reach. Then I showed my Central Government service card to him as I retired as a high ranking officer & family members also came to the ‘Rescue’. I told that gentleman that ‘you have misbehaved with a senior citizen that too a god believer who has visited more than 500 temples all over India’. Though Present president of the temple Shri.Suresh who himself is 63 years old is a nice gentleman and very polite, the gang of ‘youth staff ‘ who are running the show are like rowdi/gooda elements misbehaving with general devotees & also to senior citizens. We told that matter will be highlighted to appropriate authorities in Government and also...
