Vannalli Beach — Attraction in Karnataka

Vannalli beach in Kumta is one of the most scenic and picture-perfect beaches along the shores of the Arabian Sea. This hidden paradise appears like an arch or a bow when viewed from the sky. With soft golden sands, blueish water, mild waves, palm grooves along the shores, colorful rocks, and seagulls flying everywhere this beach is sure to blow you off the ground with its beauty.

There is a small and alluring hill right next to the beach. And, you will have to climb a narrow slope to reach the top of the cliff. As you go around this hill, beautiful lush green meadows will add an entirely new flavor to the trail. Apart from this, the panoramic view of the beach and the Arabian sea is absolutely stunning. Lastly, the view of the sunset from the cliff is a major highlight and it is sure to steal the show. If in case you are a photographer, then there would be no rest to the lens, as there is much to capture.

Even though the waves near the shore appear calm, it is quite dangerous to take a swim here. Hence, avoid getting too far into the water, as many people have drowned venturing into this part of the Ocean.

It is an isolated beach with no shops or shacks or eateries to fill in your tummies. Nevertheless, try carrying your packed lunch or snacks from Kumta town to get rid of your hunger.

We searched for beach in Kumta. We found this nearest beach. Surprisingly I found this beach full of Muslim dominated. Initially I was reluctant to go further inside. Suddenly some people in two wheeler waved us to come inside which was reassuring for us. One should drive very carefully because both sides are occupied by two wheelers. Only one car can go at a time. We went further inside. While going to beach trash are thrown on both the sides on the road. After sitting for half an hour while coming back we could hardly pass. We found the opposite cars were extremely co- operative in getting my car pass through. If you are filled with hatred don’t go. If you are adventurous you will find surprisingly invited. One and only beach in Kumta locality which is well maintained and tourist attraction spot. You can visit here during evening time to catch the beautiful sunset view. The place is usually more crowded during weekends. Beach is more peaceful and calm which refreshes your body,mind and soul.
