Vibhuti falls is the must visit tourist attraction spot which is situated near to Gokarna. Originally this falls comes under Ankola taluk Uttar Kannada district. Best time to visit here is from September to January since the coastal area weather will be very calm and you don't feel any humidity. The water is moderately cold and fresh too here. The parking is available for all the vehicles including cabs,tt, etc in the entrance. You need to walk a little bit around 1 km approximately from the parking lot to the falls, it would be a small trekk experience also.

The water for this falls originally comes from the hill station "Yana" by passing the limestone's hence this falls got a name of "Vibhuti" means water coming on from limestones. Weird experience here is as soon as you step in in this water fishes will start biting your feet, so you have to keep moving inside the water or better swimm. For swimming safety jackets will also be available here. You will definitely feel rejuvenated if you take a bath in this water. Normally this place will be crowded in the afternoon/evening time since the sun will go down and people prefer this time to visit here.

So, if you're passing by gokarna then you must check in here, you will get lot of bikes for rent in gokarna or in kumta as well which are very near...

The place is situated around 40-45 kms from Gokarna. The waterfalls are pretty beautiful and you can spend a good and relaxing time here. There is a small 10-15 min hike to the waterfalls from the vehicle parking.

The journey to this tranquil cascade involves a scenic trek through lush forests, adding an adventurous touch to the experience. The falls itself, with its multi-tiered cascades and refreshing pools, offers a serene atmosphere to unwind and connect with nature. The trek might be slightly challenging for some due to uneven terrain, but the breathtaking beauty of the falls makes it absolutely worthwhile. It's a must-visit for nature enthusiasts seeking a peaceful retreat amidst Gokarna's...

From the entrance, you have to walk about 1-1.5 km to reach the falls. Like most waterfalls, you see the falls only once you reach the endpoint. There are benches at regular intervals for you to sit and relax or admire the nature all around you. The first half of the path is well-paved while the second half is kutcha.

Vibhuti Falls is at its best during the monsoons obviously. However, it may not be advisable and there may be restrictions to visit it during monsoons. Best time to visit Vibhuti Falls is winter months i.e. October to January.

You can stay at Sirsi, Gokarna or at Sathwik Homestay at Devanahalli village. They help you do trekking, village walks and birding trails in and...
