I recently visited Masti Zone in EDM mall with my kids, and I must say they have a good variety of activities to keep the little ones entertained. From rides to a trampoline park, slide and ball park, games, and even a VR ride, there was no shortage of choices for them to enjoy.

The rides were a particular highlight for my children. They had a blast hopping on different attractions, and the variety ensured that there was something suitable for every age group. The trampoline park and slide were also a hit, providing hours of jumping and sliding fun.

However, I must address a few cons that affected my overall experience. Firstly, the prices at Masti Zone are quite steep. Furthermore, I found the staff at Masti Zone to be less than helpful and somewhat lazy. It was challenging to get assistance or information when needed. They often seemed disinterested and unengaged, which affected the overall customer service experience. I believe that a more attentive and proactive staff could greatly enhance the enjoyment and satisfaction of visitors.

In conclusion, while Masti Zone at EDM mall offers a good selection of activities for kids, including rides, a trampoline park, slide and ball park, games, and a VR ride, there are a few areas that they could improve upon. The high prices can be a deterrent for families looking to have an extended and enjoyable visit. Additionally, the lack of helpful and engaged staff can make the customer experience somewhat disappointing. Nonetheless, if you're willing to overlook these drawbacks, there are still fun options for children to enjoy...

All positive reviews are fake i visited hear recently with my family i observed that all gaming machines are second hand or not in a good condition to play many times you swipe your card to play game money deducted but game will not start if you complain about this staff only says one things sir you have to inform us first then swipe the card we will not do anything

You can't find the manager for complaints Very old and very boring games Every machine is broken from some where Bowling ball is also not working properly only one pitch is half working VR headsets is very old when you wear it you have to hold VR headset from your hand during whole ride because fitting belt is very old and ripped Very high price gaming but 0% quality

If you are planning to visit hear with kids entertainment please don't visit please find some other locations for your hard earned money if you still want to go ..... Best of luck One last thing only...

We went to Masti time Kaushambi for Bowling with family and were really disappointed. Firstly, the contact no shared on their WhatsApp chat is undependable. The guy said we have 4 bowling alleys and u can come anytime (without a reservation). He even quoted a lower price. Upon reaching there, we were told mostly all alleys were not working fine. Only one was ok, but that also they kept giving disclaimers that - it might stop and amount is non refundable.

The staff was extremely arrogant and rude. The lady at the billing counter was using rough language and the bowling alley incharge doesn’t know customer service. Asked us to wait there for 30 min (while the earlier ones finished their round) and then he would check and tell us if it’s working or not!! When asked to take our no and call after 30-40 min, he refused and rudely said “I don’t do it” and “it’s not how I work”. Horrible experience for bowling…smaash is expensive but...
