We stopped at the Bekal Fort Beach on a spur-of-the-moment visit while heading to Bekal Fort. It was drizzling and overcast — perfect monsoon weather. The beach waves were crashing against the shore with dramatic energy, likely stirred by the rains, and the scene felt utterly alive.
Even though we hadn’t planned to stop, the moment felt right. The rain-washed air, fresh sea breeze, and rhythmic waves created a very peaceful and pleasant experience.
