Cheruppadi Mala in Kondotty is an enchanting destination that captures the heart with its natural beauty and serene atmosphere. As a nature enthusiast and traveler, I had the pleasure of visiting this hidden gem recently, and it left a lasting impression on me.

Nestled amidst the picturesque landscape of Kondotty, Cheruppadi Mala is a small hill that offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. The journey to the top is an adventure in itself, with a moderate hiking trail winding through lush greenery and rich biodiversity. As I hiked up, I was treated to the sight of colorful butterflies fluttering around and the sound of birds chirping merrily, making it a true haven for nature lovers.

Upon reaching the summit, I was rewarded with awe-inspiring vistas that stretched as far as the eye could see. The feeling of being on top of the world was simply indescribable. The hilltop serves as an ideal spot for nature photography, and I found myself capturing numerous mesmerizing shots of the landscape.

Cheruppadi Mala also holds cultural significance in the region, with a small temple located at the peak dedicated to a local deity. The tranquility of the place coupled with the spiritual ambiance makes it an ideal spot for introspection and meditation.

While the hike can be moderately challenging for some, the overall experience is undoubtedly worth it. I recommend visiting Cheruppadi Mala during the early morning or late afternoon to witness the captivating sunrise or sunset, adding an extra touch of magic to the whole experience.

In conclusion, Cheruppadi Mala is a nature lover's paradise and a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Whether you're an adventure seeker or simply want to immerse yourself in the serenity of nature, this hill in Kondotty is a must-visit destination that will leave you with cherished memories and a...

Cheruppadi Mala and Mini Ooty viewpoints are two closely located picturesque sites of the Arimbra Hills, separated only by about 8 Km. Cheruppadi Mala view point is located on the north west whereas the Mini Ooty view point is along the south east. After about half an hour of travel from Karipur (Kozhikode Airport), via Puliyamparamba (around 11 Km in the South and South east direction), we reached this picturesque hairpin bend of Cheruppadi Mala. The small hill is popular for the striking beauty of foggy hills and the splendid views of the fresh water ponds, thus making this tourist attraction an eco-holiday destination of the District. The rare sight of the deep water-logged rocky ponds of varying sizes on either sides of the road is not a common one. Though we could now see only a twin pond at the lower elevation and a single larger one after the hairpin bend at the peak, there have been a few others, lost today due to the massive granite quarrying undertaken there. Lots of lorry traffic of the quarry and other constructions have totally destroyed this beautiful and rare tourist picnic destination. We can also get glimpses of the Kozhikode Airport and even watch the taking offs and landings and taxiing of...

Cheruppadi mala is a popular hill station in Malappuram. It is located at an altitude of around 1100-1200 ft above sea level. It is better to visit during early morning or evening. There is a small street vendor who serves tea, snacks etc. View of Calicut airport's runway, flight take off and landing is magnificent from here. Getting here is a little tricky as there are no visible sign boards in the highway. Our only navigation companion was #googlemaps. Even though visitors come from in and out of the district, there is a major concern.. This mountain is completely filled with rock mines and crushers. They've been eating these mountains since the past few years. During my visit to this place, inumerous trucks were passing by, carrying huge amount of rocks. They've almost taken away an entire hill... A real concern and a heartbroken moment for all passionate travellers..... #letsguide

one of the nice hill view near mini ooty :) Cheruppadi mala is one of the most beautiful hillstation to hangout. It situates in malappuram district of kerala. This place can be accesible easily from different parts of the district. The enthusiasts can reach this place easily as it has many roads connecting different places. The nearest places are Cherekkad,Vattapontha and Valakkuda. Cheruppadimala consists of many stone mines. Many stone mines are turned in to ponds because of heavy rain. These ponds are well managed by the people of cheruppadimala and all these ponds are the main attraction of tourists. These ponds are very suitable for adventurous swimming as they are very deep and very vast. One special occasions swimming competition is takes place in these ponds. On weekends, these ponds will be filled with people, even from distance places who like to have a great swim..
