A place worth visiting once. The 3E stands for Education, Environment and Entertainment, though the first one is given little emphasis. The place is eco friendly constructed, and has an aquarium, aviary, pet world, butterfly garden and moss & ferns garden, in addition to a small lake providing boating facility, even though the number of pedal boats (3) are too inadequate, considering the fact that passenger capacity is only 4. There are also a small children's play area. Horror tunnel and tribal village. The visitors are welcome with a welcome dance at the entrance. There are 3 other entertainment shows inside the park ie The acrobatic show at the open auditorium, the Nazrana show (Hindustani music fusion dance by talented artists) in a small theatre, which is also above average & an Illuminati show, consisting laser dance and a flexi lady show. The theatre and the other hall has decent sound system, more than enough for the small halls, but the seating arrangement sucks and those at the back rows end up watching nothing. These are all included in the basic package of Rs.650/- for adults, and the package including adventure zone costs 1150/- for adults.There is restaurant inside, but it seems the food they prepare no way matches with the number of entry tickets, and you may end up starving. Seems they spend little on promotions, and coming from Thamarassery side, I couldn't find a single hoarding/sign board at vythiri, kalpetta, mananthavady, panamaram, 4th mile or vellamunda. After reading a lot of recent negative reviews I was apprehensive when I suggested to proceed with E3 park to a group of 11 family members to visit it as second day of our family tour...after arriving at the destination around 11 we could easily manage tickets and seeing the small crowd we decided against fast tracking which is 3 times the normal price..we visited the adventure zone then dino world ,pets world then headed for the food court which ran out of chicken biriyani by 1.30...however I got an absolutely delicious cb and the veg biriyani was also good...the staff in food court where patient and well mannered...after food we proceeded to retro metro show which was in a highly crowded theater so we went for the next show in the adjacent theater with a super flexible lady and hard trying juggler both deserving more applause and encouragement than they received..the kids zone was good and the zip line for kids is free..the aviary was the best part of the park...however the birds they can never reach the sky so that we can see them😐....I too attempted zip line @extra 200 rs but that was a good experience🤗.I didn't go for boating...the horror canal wasn't that horrific..the Tribal village is a good attempt...the whole park is cool and green and well maintained..there are a lot of washrooms and drinking water throughout the park Cons...1.12 d theatre not working 2.butterfly park not maintained Couldn't find staff to guide at...
