Malaparamba Sree Narasimha Swamy temple is a shrine with lot of history behind it. The Shrine is very peaceful and serene. As name suggests, Lord Narasimha moorthy as mein diety with Lord Ganesha and Godess Kali in Nalambalam. Shrines of Lord Ayappa, Lord Subramanian and a Sarppakkavu are present in the outer compound of the temple. This temple is situated in Perinthalmanna- Valancheri Road, 4 Kms from Angadipuram. The lord Narasimha(Visnu) who established the fact that God is present in everywhere and can appear in any forms to protect his devotees. With the history of the temple and recognizing the relentless effort of the locals in reestablishing the glory of this temple, strongly recommend to visit this temple and seek blessings from Lord Narasimha Swamy. Temple authorities have kept some ruins from the original temple there.

A place every historically interested Hindu should visit. This is a Bala-Aalayam, meaning, a temporary abode, waiting for the permanent one to be built. This temple is said to be thousands of years old. It was first destroyed by Tipu Sultan. This was again desecrated and destroyed during Kilafat movement. It was Uneen Sahib who used the temple material in his house to belittle Hindu deity who, due to vicious turn of events ended up building the temple. In the process, he turned Hindu, converted to Namboori and for this killed by rioting mob. (Year 1947) In 1949, in Independent India all the killers were acquitted for lack of evidence and there is a story of divine wrath visiting them. Visit to this place shakes you with the untold History of Kerala to suit...
