Read moreThis place offers boating on both motor boat ,normal ones and house boats. The motor boat and house boat usually circles around the lake. If u want to explore the canal ways you should choose normal small boats rowed by hands. They will charge like 500 rupees for one hour . 750 for 1 and half hour 1000 for two hours. If lucky(weather allows) in that two hour journey they will take u to a small island. The place has lot of mangroves and most places has very low level water. The palce is good for photography and videography. The people there are so polite and helpful . They explain things with great enthusiasm just like a child. There are pisciculture field s in between. U could take look at it. And feed them with biscuits or whatever edible . There is another speciality of a two coconut tree grown from one seed .
