This place is called JYes farm, but locals call it Neendoor Park (Neendoor is the name of the place where this farm is situated). This is basically A farm house with a children's park. A lot of attractions are there. Aqua museum, Children's park, a museum of old household and farming equipments and tools, Gardens and Nursery, Fish ponds, farms and a lot of birds and animals including rare breeds. Visitors can purchase plants, birds, fish, eggs etc. from the farm.

Smoking and alcohol consumption are prohibited in the farm.

There's a lot of parking space in front of the church, which is right next to the farm. JYes farm also has a new parking area right outside the farm.

Entry was free until December 2019. Since the founder of this farm passed away then year, the new management came into picture and have started charging entry fee for visitors.

From December 2019, they have started issuing visitor's passes and it costs 50 Indian Rupees per person. Even though it is a pass with 2 parts (20 for children's park and 30 for aqua museum) you will have to purchase both and it's mandatory according to the staff at the entry desk. Entry is free for children under 3 years.

They must be charging the fee to maintain the farm and staff and to avoid loons and trouble makers. The lady staff who were issuing the entry passes were untrained(2 old ladies from the neighborhood) and were rude to most of the visitors. Hope this will...

J-YES Farms is located at Neendoor in Kottayam (Kerala) district. The farms are running under the ownership of Mr.Joy Lukose Chemmachel (a business man in the USA), son of Lukose & Mary, they are the inspiring peoples in order to start the J Yes farms. Its not just a fram. This is a great place to spend a day with kids.. if you are a group of ten or more. The Fee is charged. The fram has a variety of framing practices. They focus on various fields such as Agricultural, Animal husbandry, Dairy farm, Fish farm, Grass farm, Medicinal plants farm, Organic farm, Poultry farm & Vegetable farm. Along with farming, our farms have a Plant nursery, Landscape Garden, An agricultural museum which comprises of old & traditional farming implements and household objects, A wind mill which produces 5000 watts current, Kids playing area & also there is an open space cafeteria too. Most of the day their farms get busy with their esteemed visitors without any limit, in weekends & holidays the place gets filled especially with families. Their farms are stretched with several types of Animals, Birds, Fishes & Plants. The people who are very fond of farming & our products can buy the items directly...

During my recent visit to Neendor Park, I found the park to be a decent nature getaway but didn't find it particularly exceptional. The park is large, and while it features some nice trails and scenic spots, there wasn't anything particularly noteworthy that stood out.

The park is well-maintained, and the walking trails are clearly marked, but the scenery is relatively typical for the region. I did enjoy the peaceful ambiance of the park.

The park is home to a few common wildlife species, but I didn't spot any particularly rare or interesting animals during my visit. I did appreciate the picnic areas and restrooms, which were clean and well-maintained.

One thing that stood out as a potential improvement area was the visitor center. While the staff were friendly, the exhibits and displays felt a bit outdated and uninspiring. I was hoping to learn more about the local flora and fauna, but the information provided was limited.

Overall, Neendor Park provided a pleasant outdoor experience, it didn't quite meet my expectations in terms of uniqueness or exceptional features. However, it's a decent option for those seeking a quick nature getaway...
