Kuttippuram Nilayoram Tourist Park (Under Tourism Dept of Kerala): Bharathapuzha, famed as the Nila, is a spectacular heritage river in God’s own Country. Originating in the Anaimalai Hills in the Western Ghats in Tamil Nadu, the word ‘Nila’ clearly describes the culture and heritage of the region.

Read moreIt is a place for spending leisure time with friends and family in the evening There is no such a public place nearby A huge parking lot is available there but by cost Entry fees is now ₹10 normally. One of the worse thing is the fee is paid only for 2 hours spending inside the park. We have to renew the ticket for more time after 2 hours. It is a perfect place for a picnic purpose. Park is very neat and clean. Some paid rides suitable for children and some for adults are available. But the rides are not well maintained and unhygienic. The park is near by Nila River. Nice cool breeze coming from this dry river makes this place more memorable. Entry in to the river is restricted. But is able to walk in the dry sand river. River is perfectly safe except in monsoon season. The water level is below out half leg. Not suitable...
