This is a beautiful place at the lap of Nelliyampathy Hill ranges. The reflecting images of the hills in the water of this reservoir and the soothing breeze is an experience in life for the visitor. Its a location to refresh and rejuvenate before you start the ascent to the high hills. the garden attached to the dam is getting small makeovers. Though with lot of potential you end up with a feeling that it is being neglected. The artifacts are well thought off but not maintained.
